These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aura AI website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Aura AI ("Aura AI," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aura AI. By using Aura AI, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the applicable age requirements
• The date-of-birth information provided is accurate
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us at privacy@myauraai.com of any unauthorised access

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Aura AI may offer free access, free trial features, paid subscriptions, or other paid features. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google.

Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable after the applicable refund period. We may change prices or subscription plans from time to time with appropriate notice.

6. License & Permitted Use

Aura AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your content (prompts, reflections, etc.). You grant Aura AI a limited license to host and process this content strictly to provide and secure the Services.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Certain features require explicit consent to process sensitive wellness information.

10. Communications

We may send service-related communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to disrupt the experience of others.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates risk for Aura AI or its users.

13. Intellectual Property

Aura AI owns the software, design, and trademarks associated with the Services.

14. Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.

15. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform.

16. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

17. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for all claims will not exceed INR ₹500 / USD $5, or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aura AI against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

20. Compliance with Indian Law

You agree to comply with the IT Act 2000, DPDPA 2023, and Consumer Protection Act 2019.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use confirms your acceptance of any changes.
